This is an excellent Australian small business. Awesome quick delivery and the website is so easy to use. Ordered on Tuesday in Sydney and was delivered the next day. Highly recommended!

Claude is an absolute guru, with great advice and help, all offered quickly and in detail.

I was introduced to electronic bidets only seven years ago. I almost can't imagine life without one now. There's nothing like a warm seat, a washed derriere, blow dried to boot. The other is, well, primitive; like using leaves and dirt.

An honest, expert and a life changing product. Hard to find.

I bought a Bio-Bidet BB-800 from COSTCO about 4 years ago. It was running fine until recently, and it developed a fault due to some internal parts failures. Went to COSTCO and they don't really want to know any after warranty issues. Also, COSTCO is not longer selling the brand and has no service contact to recommend. Contacted to Bio-Bidet in US, they showed sympathy but this is really beyond their reach by distance.

When I had found Bidets2go because they were selling the same model, they immediately helped me with diagnostics and sent out spare parts within the same afternoon at much discounted prices. Further follow-ups to get to the bottom of the bidet's issues led Bidets2go to sending me free parts at their postage cost. It almost sounds unreal for a business to help someone who is not even their own customer to this extent!

I thought this is the least I could do to call for the support to those small to medium Australian businesses under threats from E-commerce and big supermarket chains. We will see those very personal and warm services disappearing if we make our purchasing decisions based on prices alone.

Have had the B1000 for close to 2 years & it developed a small electrical problem. Called Jo & in no time she was onto it.
Had my unit repaired and to ensure we still could enjoy the benefit of a bidet, gave us a manual unit that was in its own right quite amazing.
Why would anyone buy a unit from someone else when Bidets2Go are the best in terms of product, knowledge & exceptional & friendly service.
Have already referred friends who are so happy with their bidet!

I had previously purchased a Korean bidet toilet seat, and decided to try a Bio Bidet for the second toilet. The Korean bidet does look a little sleeker, as it has an instantaneous water heater rather than a tank. However, after a couple of years that heater no longer works! The Bio Bidet performs very well, and is much better value for money. I also like the standard braided water hose that it uses. My order was despatched the same day and arrived very quickly.

One of the best transactions I have had in 78 years. Jo was most helpful, lovely lady. Delivery was super fast, and the product is a gem. Don't go anywhere else if you need a bidet.

What a breath of fresh air - pardon the pun! Jo and the team at Bidets2Go are simply outstanding.

My wife was wandering the isles of our local Costco a few days ago and rang me jumping up and down with excitement - "I have found a Bidet!". It was a USPA 7000 unit. We brought it home and I installed it later that day. All was good until then next morning when I noticed it was continuously cleansing/draining on a 20-30 seconds cycle. I Tried every thing in the book to fix the issue. No luck.

I rang Bidets2go which was listed by the USA firm as the AU go to for support. Jo quickly returned my call and spent over 30 minutes working through options for resolution even though it was not one of their units and they don't have the detailed support manuals. Jo was marvellous and would not let the issue rest until we could solve it. In the end, it was remove and return to Costco for replacement. I installed the new one and OMG it had the same problem the next morning. So, I spent the week conversing via email with BioBidet in the USA. We sent videos and pictures and in the end - no resolution. So that unit went back to Costco and I rang Jo to share the story and order a BB1000! That was Friday and the unit arrived Monday as promised. I quickly reviewed the new manuals and instruction sheets (I already had the manual that Jo shared with me via PDF so I was ready ahead of time) and installed the unit to the great delight of my wife. What a difference. It is like chalk and cheese. The BB1000 is soooooo much better that we feel totally justified in spending the extra to get it vs the cheaper other brands. Thanks Jo and team for looking after us so well.

I ordered 2 Elite manual bidets which were delivered promptly within a week. A phone query I made (relating to fitting) over the weekend was answered within 15 minutes - excellent customer support and something very rare these days !
My only disappointment is that the Elite is not made to take plumbing on either left or right sides. Regardless, I was able to fit the bidets easily and am happy with their operation.

I would certainly recommend this business. Prior to ordering Jo was very helpful and once ordered package arrived very quickly. When we installed again Jo helped with a couple of minor hitches. The only problem we had was we didn't have an adjustable spanner that would fit into our cistern to sufficiently tighten fittings. (We have tap inside cistern) But easily remedied and now enjoying a delightfully warm seat now that winter has arrived. Thank you

I orderd a bio diet 1000 bidet on a Tuesday morning at 9.46am and received the product the next day at 9.39am -less than 24 hour delivery from Melbourne to Adelaide. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I appreciated the fact that the kit included additional equipment added by Bidets2go to both ensure Australian compliance and better braided stainless steel connector hoses. I highly recommend this company as a very ethical group supplying a good product at a price which is very good. I investigated purchasing from the US but this purchase was more economical and the product has a 2 year Australian Warranty.

Even though we bought our BioBidet from a Sydney retailer (who dumped us when we had a problem), Jo and Claude at Bidets2Go stepped up without hesitation and provided the best and friendliest service you could imagine. They cared, they understood, they helped and made it easy to solve the (very rare) problem - quickly! We love our BioBidet 1000 and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bidets2Go.

I've just never had such good service from a vendor whether online or otherwise. I sent through a web inquiry on a Sunday afternoon and Claude actually called me directly within 5 minutes to answer my question.

While I basically knew what I was looking for Claude asked me some questions and gave me extra information to make me aware of some other aspects to consider.

I live in regional Victoria and ordered online straight after the call on Sunday - I got a call from Claude around 1pm the next day to say they had tried to deliver and I wasn't home. I went home straight away and had my delivery. I just can't believe it was delivered so quickly.

I bought the bio bidet bb1000. Very easy to install and all connections and pipes were included. So no need for a trip to Bunnings. So basically I sent through an inquiry on Sunday and had an operational Bidet on Monday night - Wow!

The product is great and clearly of a high quality. It does exactly what it said it would. The remote is very simple to use. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase.

I purchase bidet Supreme BB1000 on Monday 19 September and received on Friday 23 September as promised.
I am impressed by quality of the product and hydraulic fittings .
Everything was in the box ready to be installed.
Bidet itself was easy to install because of clever mounting which allowed adjustment ( left,right,front.back) . Plumbing connections supplied with rubber seals , no thread tape required.
I completed installation in half an hour easy going no stress .
The electrical socket needs to be installed by electrician but the cost is minimal . Overall excellent product and service max rating from me.

The customer service assistant was so helpful - if we had any trouble installing the bidet, she said to ring her and she would help my handyman with any problem we had. Very happy with product - warm toilet seat in winter is a real treat.

I purchased the Bio Bidet 1000 for my 93 year old mum who was distressed at not being able to attend to all her toileting needs.
She is delighted with the Bidet and it has made things much easier for me as well.
