Building a townhouse with BGC (Terrace homes), work commenced March 2021. Have been delayed continuously for bull reasons (ex: waiting on materials when materials were delivered 7 weeks prior, COVID delays). BGC cannot pay their contractors resulting in homes being delayed. Onto my third consultant who is just as clueless as the previous two. Managers dont answer your calls or emails, they agree on pricing then change the pricing last minute. Got another delay letter today that my home wont be ready till April 2024. Over 3 years for a 7m front townhouse??? Terrible communication, terrible attention to detail, terrible customer service. Absolute joke of a company, wouldnt be surprised if they go under before my build is even completed. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Building with BGC has been the biggest regret of my life, they'll tell you everything you want to hear to get your money and once you sign that dotted line, they will continue to shaft you and tell you nothing but lies. They have to be the most useless and pathetic excuse for a company I've ever encountered. AVOID AVOID AVOID
