Better Back Program

Was referred by my chiropractor with bad neck pain. Eva started on my lower back and worked her way up . By the time she reached my neck where I had the pain it had dissipated completely. I've had massages before but now realise they were just bad attempts at rubbing oil on me. Eva is the real deal.

Finally I have found a therapist that has made a real difference to my life. I am now doing things that many years ago seemed impossible, leading a life where back pain is very unusual - a complete contrast to my younger days when pain was a way of life. More than just great treatment, Eva looks for things in my daily life that may be the cause of muscle tightness and tries to help me make positive changes.

I have decided that prevention is better than cure, so I am now a regular patient and my back pain is almost totally a thing of the past. Great outcome for me, thank you Eva!

Fantastic. I've had 2 great services. 1st ask Eva about her body toning and other treatments. They are brilliant if you want to smarten up your body shape or improve your skin tone.

2nd I Walked in with a sore arm and in 5 minutes Eva determined that my back and hips were out of alignment and that was the root of the problem. Some massage and a little other work and it was all back in order.
