Great work done quickly and efficiently, nothing damaged and furniture reassembled at the other end. However, the same can't be said for the delivery and return of packaging. The times for delivery and pickup of packaging were a moving feast, so it was lucky that I was able to be at home on the allocated days. Also, they do not honour their promise to buy back boxes. Best Quote claims that " we can buy back any used boxes in good condition for $1 each". I asked about payment for over 100 boxes that I bought from Best Quote and was assured on the phone when arranging box pickup and again in person that payment for the boxes would be accounted for back at the office once the boxes were returned and inspected. The majority of the boxes I returned were in good condition and the ones that weren't were sold to me that way (eg with oil stains, torn). Two months later, I still have not received payment for any of the boxes I returned, and the company refuses to answer my emails and calls.

Worked very hard all day without a break and did a great job.
The house I am moving into had a second storey and a very narrow hallway but they managed to get everything in. It ended up coming in at a couple of hundred dollars more than I was quoted, which was understandable, as they had to call in a third person to help get the piano into my front room. Overall, very hard-working and competent team. Would definitely recommend.
