Horrible service
Very poor service and unable to complete warranty. Has been waiting for 18 months now. Each time when we call they look in to the computer system and says “ oh.. parts not yet arrived “. Very unprofessional attitude and behaviour.
Today I picked up my Jeep Wrangler and I couldn't praise or thank Jeep Berwick enough! I would like to thank the whole team at Jeep Berwick for being so helpful and easy to deal with, I would also like to send a huge THANK YOU to Didier who made buying a jeep effortless and easy. I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd from these guys. First up, the car is brilliant, and I have no regrets in choosing Jeep. The salesman was great and really helped me get into the car with the right advice and did me a great deal. So far so good...I had a couple of early, very minor warranty issues and this is where it got frustrating. I had to get the car to these guys 5 times to have a little job fixed properly...and I really felt that they were screwing me around....everything has been OK since that early issue...but the taste remains.
