have been shopping around for my dream camera for a year now and after popping in to get some prints done i got chatting with the salesman who was more than happy to show me some functions on the camera. he gave me a great new years deal, threw in some extra bonuses and i have been back a couple of times since to get more accessories. am very happy with the friendly and helpful service.

The sales people were very knowledgeable and very helpful! I had to wait a few minutes to speak with the Digital SLR expert but the information they gave me was very helpful and worth the wait.

Customer Service there is poorest I have seen for some time. Product knowledge of the staff is almost non-existent,I knew way more about cameras than the "salesperson" which is completely pathetic. Save yourself a let-down and go somewhere else
