A delightful bookshop, willing to order in what I needed for a child's birthday. The service was exceptional and I will definitely become a good customer as I always shop locally.

I love this shop. I have small children and you can always pick up a quality, reasonably-priced book for a child's birthday present quickly and easily.

The lady who works there is so friendly and helpful - for example, this morning I needed a book for a six-year old girl who loves horses. I called ahead and they said they had suitable books. After arriving, the lady who works in the shop showed me a number of options, knew a lot about each book, and then gift-wrapped my choice. They even have birthday cards, so all done in one go.

I'm a working mum with three small children, so to be able to park around the back, make a quick and well-priced purchase, and be on my way is fantastic.

I've tried the discount book shops at Southland and (God forbid!) Chadstone, but I wind up spending about the same money, far more time than I have, and sometimes I can't find anything suitable.

Give me quality, local shops any day.

When my kids were little, this used to be one of their favourite 'browsing for books' shops - they always found something to read/buy. Now I am doing the same with my grandsons. It's a generational experience.

My son & I love going to Ben's. He loves just cruising the shelves looking for something new, and Ben's has such a sensational children's section that there's always something to find.

This has been around for as long as I can remember! Huge selection of books in a good old fashioned book store. Knowledgable staff and if you look hard enough you can discover some amazing finds!

This is one of my favourite bookshops. You could spend hours in here. The range of books is fantastic, staff are very knowledgeable. This shop is a great supporter of the community. It's a gem in the local area.

I have been going to this bookshop for 10 years and love it. I can browse for as long as I like without feeling I am being watched and I love the points system. So nice to get a free book at the end of all my purchases. Service is terrific and staff will make good suggestions for the tricky people to buy for.

You must visit this shop if you are into books. You will be surprised what they have in store. Customer service is excellent and product knowledge very good. If they haven't got it they will get it for you.

Great service here if they don't have it they will get it in for you. Prices are very reasonable and there is plenty of car parking at the rear.

Ben's has been here a long time and has a great selection and very helpful. I have ordered books before and they came in promptly and gave me a call to collect. Great presents and greeting cards from UK.

Benn's Books is such a cozy bookshop. It always has the lastest books that I'd like to read and the servide is fabulous. The kid's section is very cute.

Ben's Books makes book shopping such a pleasant experience. I last went in before Christmas and the whole atmosphere of the shop was celebratory and it was easy and pleasant to browse. We were served quickly and with a smile!

I have been going to Benn's Books for years. They stock a wide range of books, and are always willing to order in titles which they may not have. They also have a good selection of cards for birthdays etc & a great kids book section down the back of the store.
