I have shopped with Belmore Biodynamic Meats both in person and online. In person the service is welcoming, friendly, accommodating with requests, and helpful with heavy parcels. Online shopping has always been just as I ordered and the website is very easy and clear to use, good packing options. They have a very wide range of produce. If going biodynamic/organic then it will cost a little more, however the meat is tasty, juicy and tender when cooked, which is hard to find these days. It is great to know that I am eating well for my health, and that the animals are respected on their journey. My deliveries when shopping online, have always been delivered on the correct day, and packed very well. The delivery person (I live one and a half hours out of Melbourne) has always accurately followed my instructions where to leave the products if I am not at home. If I ever have any queries then I phone and Margaret is always happy to help and resolve situation for me. I would, and have recommended Belmore Biodynamic Meats to anybody looking for quality biodynamic/organic meat and great service.

I've been a regular customer of Belmore for years, placing orders approximately once or twice each month. I have always been happy with their products, with their customer service and with their cheerful delivery man, Russell. On the one and only occasion that something was missed in my order, Belmore was very apologetic and delivered it immediately. Margaret couldn't be nicer on the phone and she is always accommodating. You will, of course, pay more for bio-dynamic meat, but my family's health is a priority for me and I feel it's worth every cent. Delivery to my home is free and so convenient. Belmore also makes an effort with the smallest of details . . . often in my box, there will be some recipes or a pen! It is simply a pleasure doing business with them and I am so grateful for the wonderful products and service they provide.

I'm very happy with my two recent experiences with Belmore's. They have lots of different organic and biodynamic meat products and their web site makes ordering very easy. It's fantastic also because you can nominate how you would like your goods packaged and on what day you would like it delivered. The quality of the meat has been excellent. Their delivery man is very friendly too!

Overall apart from getting the amount of my order a little wrong, the team very quickly corrected this in a way that I was pleased with. The meat looks so beautiful and healthy the way it is meant to be, free from nasties. Delivered on time nice and cold! Overall very happy

Not happy with their service as they continually send out meat that is not cut in the way I requested..sent out Scotch Filet cut so thin as schnitzel and meat is often so tough with owner excuse being 'meat wasn't aged long enough' Happened too many times with no offer of exchange. Will never shop there again! Feel they take advantage of customers who require home delivery. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Could not possibly be happier with the service & quality cuts of meat from this butcher.. I have been there weekly for many years and have found that the meat is consistently of the highest standard. In my opinion worth every cent when compared to the rubber you get from the supermarkets..

Sometimes buy organically and this is the place to buy organic meat. Just walked in off the street and was looked after very well. Meat was as good as expected even though a little more expensive than other butchers.
