The best factor is that he actually "LISTENS" to what the customer wants and is genuinly interested in you being happy with the completed work. I would be very surprised if I ever even saw a rating of 4 instead of 5. Forget what you think you know about tradies. Steve knows what hes talking about, is honest, reliable and an all-round nice guy. He even found out someone in his family had died as he was in the middle of completing a job in my shop and insisted on finishing. You would be crazy not to use him!

Turned up on time and carried out the work in a professional manner. Was able to install lights where two other electricians had said that it could not be done. Friendly manner and did the work to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely use Steven for future requirements.
