I took my teenager to bella for some intense facial treatments during the school holidays. I have to say they were very professional and caring. I would definitely go back again as it was money well spent on my teenager.

I have been to Bella Medispa several times and have always left feeling fabulous. The highly trained staff always make you feel comfortable and relaxed no matter if you are in for an eyebrow wax, or a day of pampering. Their products are in a league of their own, they smell fantastic, and my skin feels like new after having a facial. I would recommend Bella to anyone wanting good value for money, and an experience - Not just a treatment. - Sarah

What a truly amazing experience.Definitely one of the best Day Spa's i have ever been too. the calm and relaxing environment combined with warm backround music and the sound of a water feature trickling took me to a place i was desperate in need of. Full credit to the very polite and courteous staff, you could truly see this was a labour of love not soley a job for them. thank you so much Bella and all it's staff, i look forward to seeing you soon along with all my girls in the near future. Very, very disappointed! Heard good things about the place but did not feel at all pampered. Massage rooms were cold. How can you possibly relax during a massage with your therapist chatting away and people in the RELAXATION room talking and laughing in the background. I was not at all relaxed or impressed with the service I received. What the pamphlet says is another thing altogether! Way too over priced considering what I went through. Would not go back again.
