The doctor I saw was not helpful like I was a burden on his time. The nurse I saw was quick and rough, left me bleeding while she went away. She did a terrible job using minimal bandaging, and then reception charged me $50. I asked is this not bulk billing? apparently not covered. Never going back.

I am impressed with Dr Glenn O'Leary. I saw him because of pain on my hip and leg, affecting my movement. From his wealth of knowledge and years of experience, he diagnosed and treated it in that same session without the need for medicine, xray or ultrasound. I have nothing against these but if they are not needed, then I'd rather go for the natural, less invasive, no risks and less expense for the health system. Thank you very much, dear Doctor. I now found my GP.

Dr oleary is the best. Howeber can never get through on the phone to make an enquiry or boolking. In the end my wife and i went to another surgery.

The doctor I see has a 5 star rating. Dr Naadoo.The reception is pathetic. Tried calling yesterday 40 times and no answer. Today the same. Is it policy not to answer ?? The head of reception must know this. Really bad service and very unprofessional clinic as far as reception goes.

I would give a 6 rating rating for all there services doctors that care and take that extra care for there patients my mother had a routine test done by a doctor and the result came in the following day the news was bad and she was immediately taken to hospital and was told if she did not come in straight away she would not live another week know she is alive and well thankyou you so much for looking after her.

Our doctor as a family has been great,he just get's thing's done,we are all different but he listens and doesn't fob us off,I've got a daughter that needed weight loss surgery,another that needed mental health help and myself and my husband are going through continuous health issues,I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him,Dr Pavlo Korol we appreciate you

I followed my Doctor there from another practice. very happy with Beach street, friendly counter staff. very competent nurses on site and blood's taken without leaving the building.
much better than previous practice I was attending.
easy to get an appointment.

The main reason I've used this clinic is because they bulk bill and it's usually easy enough to get in to see a doctor on the same day that you call. Over the years I've seen several of the doctors there, but in most cases found that they didn't seem to interested in helping me keep on top of my health.
At one point in time I was dealing with an ongoing health issue and one of the doctors concluded I was suffering from depression (when I expressed to him very clearly that I was not depressed) and he prescribed me with anti depressants. When they did not resolve my issue and I visited for a medical certificate, the same doctor made light of the fact that I had been to request many medical certificates over the years. But seemed to have NO interest in genuinely helping treat me for the concerns I'd raised regarding the issue that was preventing me from being at work.
I eventually met one doctor there who wanted to go out of his way to assist me with looking after my health and when he left the practice to work elsewhere I decided that the only way my health would be looked after is to follow him to his new practice.
I would only go back to beach street family medicine now if I needed a bulk billing service and couldn't get in to see my regular doctor.

Prepare to wait for over an hour everytime! Most of the Dr.s here are ok, but some are just hopeless. When I was pregnant I was very sick, & at 8 months in, I wanted a certificate for work, for 1 week because I wasn't coping, I was denied.

A mediocre doctors clinic at best. I've been going here for 3 years as it was recommended by friends when we moved into the area. I've tried all the doctors and not found any that I like so I just see the next available. I keep going because of it's convenient location and bulk billing, but now you can't even make an appointment for the same day most of the time, which is necessary if you need a medical certificate for work. On the plus side - I usually don't have to wait very long ( less than 15 min).
