Asked for a recommendation on facebook about which would be the best fish n chips in Frankston CBD and was sent up Beach St for Gummy's but needed a location with peace, serenity, greenery and a friendly spot for some reading. Ended up at the best spot in Frankston enjoying Fish n Chips and a glass of
Beach 162 Cab Sav followed by the yummiest late. Merry Chrismas and Thanks Mariam and Crew for being so accommodating.

The most amazing outdoor areas and indoor too. Comfortable, relaxing, family friendly, dog friendly (outdoor), favorite weekend breakfast or lunch spot.

Fantastic variety of food. Great atmosphere both inside and outside. Very friendly staff. Plenty of seating, but quickly fills up. They offer some great deals for lunch!
