We have used Bathurst Glass for a new screen door and to repair a broken window. Whilst the products are satisfactory, on both occasions I have been very upset by the customer service. No communication from tradespeople - our screen door was hung while we weren't even home and we were not told that they were coming!

I have had some windows and doors made for a house i have recently had built, the service was excellent the product was excellent and the price of the job was good. Very happy with my experience dealing with this small company would recomend to anyone interested
