I am completely thrilled with the service I had from these people. I was doing a bathroom renovation and could not find exactly what I wanted. I am sure I was being a complete pain, but hey spent heaps of time with me helping me match things and have everything exactly the way I wanted. One year later a small item broke, NOT their fault obviously, and I went there to see if they still stocked it, or could order it in for me, they GAVE me one free of charge. Unbelievable.
