Basket Basket

I live in New Zealand and my son and his wife live in Melbourne. I wanted something a little different for their birthdays which are a week apart and its very difficult ordering from a website when you dont know the company. I have to say I was so very impressed with this company and the gifts they delivered! Excellent communication and the chocolate towers were superb with lovely packaging. Thank you so so much for making it an easy experience and delivering on time! I will be recommending you to anyone who will listen!! Cheers!

although the site was easy to use the delivery never showed up even though I checked if it had left the warehouse 3 times. they assured me it had left the warehouse but after it was a couple of days late they advised it never left. they were apologetic and offered a refund which was good. I would never order again there again though

My dad received his Xmas hamper and was over the moon. He was really impressed. The website was easy to use and ordering was easy. Delivery was earlier than expected so cant complain at this time of the year! thanks team.

Shocking experience! Will NEVER use this company again. I have never met a company who didn't care about their customers like this one. I ended up cancelling the order and they made me pay another $17 to do that even thought their incompetence is the reason I had to cancel. Awful experience.

Hi there, My daughter just rang me delighted with the things I asked to be sent to her. haha she even said the little boxes are gorgeous and she intends to keep them too. She loves Baileys and chocolates and said the bear was so so cute. I wouldn't recommend or use this website again. Very expensive and charged $17.95 delivery and was delivered 4 days late - no apology and no compensation offered. Very poor customer service!

Easy to use website with lots of choices although more higher end wines would increase the options. Delivery was on time. Its great that I can organise this so easily - being in a different country.

Overall my experience was good. Quality of the items delivered was great. Value I paid for the items was a bit on the higher side but then it made my cousins day so it was worth it.
Only thing I would like people to keep in mind is that if you place an order as a Guest Login you will not receive a delivery notification and you can't even track your order unless you call the company.
Also my name was cut out of my message that I had written on the card so my cousin was a bit confused when the item was delivered.

Despite recent emails and a confirmed delivery date of the 17th may, I am still waiting for an email back from the service to find out where the item is and still no item delivered.

We had a colleague only tell us the day of that it was his birthday, after trying a few other places I called the staff at Basket Basket, two hours later the birthday boy received his very well presented gift and was amazed at how we had managed it. Thank-you!

I was happy that my gift arrived on the day I requested. Not sure what the gift looked like but my receipient seemed pleased and happy. I thought a bit expensive for a bottle of wine but I would use this company again.

The product was promptly delivered but definitely not as large as I thought it would be! Quite expensive for the size, but service/delivery were very good.

I ordered a sweet tooth hamper for my brother who was celebrating his 1st year wedding anniversary with his wife to be delivered on the day being Saturday. It was Monday afternoon before I was even told by email that the delivery was not made due to courier stuff up and it was Tuesday before it was delivered after which the surprise was clearly over! Will not use Basket Basket again. They did not even offer any apology or compensation:

I bought the bouquet of easter chocolates for my grandsons living in Queensland. I live in UK, so wasn't sure of your company and service. I would now highly recommend you to all my friends who have family living in Oz. Brilliant, thanks so much, my grandsons were delighted.

I ordered the Easter tower from New Zealand for my daughter in NSW. It was delivered on the date specified and she was pleased with the presentation and the chocolate. Will definitely recommend and use Basket Basket again.

I will never use basket basket again!! Both my orders for Easter were not delivered, were sent to the post office so the recipient had to drive to collect at their inconvenience. Let alone not having the gift for Easter. I am extremely disappointed and while the phone staff were polite no one offered up any help whatsoever. It all just cost time, money and inconvenience.

Always use Basket Basket to send my sister a birthday present every year. There is always something new to send her every year and she is always surprised and loves her gift!

Was pleasantly surprised when my husband recieved the gift I sent him. He loved it too. Would definitely use Basket Basket again.

I ordered a Tower of Pleasure as a Christmas gift only a couple of days before Christmas day. It arrive very promptly and my relatives were delighted with the presentation, variety and quantity of the good.
Will definitely use them again.

I sent my mum a succulent in a terrarium for her birthday. The succulent was broken on arrival. Also when I ordered I didn't realise this needed to be constructed after delivery (I thought I was paying for the finished product I saw in the picture). Pretty disappointed.

I ordered the Heavenly Tower lolly hamper specifically as the recipient loves soft lollies! I was very disappointed to get a phone call after the order was placed and paid for, stating they had run out of some of the lollies on the list!! when I asked which ones they said all of them bar one!!!!!! This hamper should have had... sold out on it if there was no stock! If I wanted a chocolate hamper I would have ordered one!
However I was pleased with the timing of the delivery and the presentation was apparently very good.

I used this company for the first time sending gift baskets. I reside in New South Wales and selected them in Victoria. Excellent product and delivered as asked I will definitely USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I ordered a Christmas Hamper for our Family in Queensland Australia, as i live in the Uk.
I was a little worried about ordering online from the Uk, but i must say i did not need to worry as my Family were highly delighted with there gift. It made there Christmas.
I will be using this company again.

I ordered a Merry Christmas Tin basket with 3 local beers added to it by phone order from Adelaide for delivery in Queensland and it was delivered on the day I specified with no hitches and the salesperson on the phone was very pleasant. My daughter and her partner loved it!
