My dog hates the groomers and she wasn't overly keen going here either, but the ladies who washed and cut her were absolutely lovely, they were very concerned that my dog was unhappy and gave her lots of attention. When i got back Molly had the best haircut she has ever gotten, and they gave us a "report card" to let me know what had gone on while she was there. Awesome service, definitely heading back there
After a disaster with different pet salon, I was worried about finding another dog groomer, but Barker Ark turned out to be a winner for my dog, who usually doesn't enjoy haircuts and washes. I have continued to take my dog there, he really enjoys the attention and always comes home smelling wonderful and looking like a million bucks.
