As per the last person to comment, the same thing happened to us, we went to pick up an advertised BBQ, but had no stock, same thing, asked the salesman to ring around, he couldn't be bothered. We walked out the store disgusted in the treatment we just had, went to Masters & got a better BBQ at the same price. They have lost my business from now on.
We went in here to purchase a Barbeque that was advertised in their catalogue - unfortunately they didn't have it in stock :(
We had to ask the salesman to call the Aspley store for us but he basically ignored the request & persisted to tell us when their stock will arrive.
So we called the aspley store, they had the Barbeque in stock. Drove there to get it & wahhh-laaa!
