We went looking at Baby Mode on the weekend to look at prams. The staff were great, not pushy in helping you but available when you wanted some assistance. I love that they let us browse until we were ready to ask questions! Their prices aren't the very cheapest but their service is second to none so I'm happy to pay a little bit more :)
The store was well set up too - easy to find all the other baby necessities you might need!
When I had problems with a pram i bought from Baby Mode I did have a few hassels trying to return it which was disappointing - however they do have a good range of stock and usually competetive prices and they will wheel and deal if you have a chat to them which is good. However my experience with customer service when faced with a design/product fault was disappointing...
Yes great range of products but last times I was there I was told their policy is exchange not refund, which I do noto like in a store

Large range of baby products, basically has all the items you need. My wife and I ended up buying a rocker, high chair and a Winnie the Pooh window valance. The valance was not in stock but they were happy to order and it came in 2 weeks later no problems. Friendly staff and classy products.
This store is close to home which is very handy for me to drop in every so often when I need to buy baby related items or just to browse.
It stocks all the big names in baby products and furniture, extensive range of toys, car seats, prams and much more, the prices are competitive when they have the sales on.
Last time I went into enquire about buying a baby bath, the staff member did not appear very knowledgeable, so I did not buy it.
Last time I was there there is a policy of returns only no refund of products purchased .... I am not sure if this has changed recently.
