Nice, professional and convenient.
However, it is no longer part of the Aveda brand, and the standard (whilst still acceptable) is no longer as precision perfect.

The staff here are amazing. They guide you to the therapy rooms and to a chair to get you hair done. When getting massages, waxing, body and facial treatments, you wil be taken upstairs to the Urban retreat area where you are given tea and water. The therapist greats you and explains what they will do throughout the treatment. My therapist was very friendly and professional as I felt relaxed throughout my facial, foot scrub and massage. I was then taken downstairs to the salon for a hair treatment, cut and blow wave by my hairdresser. She was lovely and made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout my hair experience. Overall the staff here are very knowledgeable and look as though they enjoy working here, which, is a pleasure to see. Very professional and organised. I would definately recommend this place for a relaxing day of pampering.
What a lovely experience. From the moment you walk in and are ushered upstairs, the waiting area with a view of Treasury Gardens (and no hint of traffic noise!) to the divine treatment rooms. The staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. An oasis in the heart of the city.
Living 5 minutes walk away meant I could continue with the relaxing experience by sitting in the lovely gardens across the road. The staff were very nice, experienced and really looked like they enjoyed working there too, which adds to the good feel of the place.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff. I was seated and given a herbal tea while i waited for my treatment. The treatment was relaxing and the therapist knew exactly what she was doing. Absolute bliss

this is a wonderful place run by an exeptionally professional staff. high recommend it for a treatment as well as a gift idea. consult with the staff ahead of your visit as they would have good suggestions. if i could afford it, i'd visit them at least once a month.
I went in for a bikini wax as a new customer. They were very friendly and escorted me to a waiting area with couches and magazines. I was offered herbal tea while I filled out my information. The beautician who did the waxing was friendly and chatty (which was good as i needed someone to talk to me while I took my mind off the pain of the waxing!)

If you are looking to totally relax, then I recommend a visit to Aveda Retreat on Spring. From stone massages, to relaxation massages, to the deep tissue massage - they are all wonderful and will leave you feeling like you are floating on air.

I sent my boyfriend here for a random surprise and he couldn't stop raving about it, a few weeks later he sent me to have a massage too. The girls were so fantastic they really cared about my experience. A amazing experience for anyone
