I cannot recommend Autoco Mitchell. I took my Kingswood in for a new after-market temperature gauge. Over five working days they tried twice to fix the simple problem. I paid over $250 for a second replacement gauge, which still did not work. I then fixed the car myself in under one hour, with a new gauge costing $79. When I took the faulty part back to Autoco Mitchell they rejected all responsibilty and dismissed any refund. The Autoco Feedback site promised to look into it but appears to be only an automated response. These people do not care.
These guys have been great. I've had three bingles in the last couple of years - none were my fault -in two my car was damaged while legally parked and empty - and I've started taking it there for services too. Lovely guys, excellent results, and I can always get a rental at a very reasonable rate. I also like the waiting area. My new favourite.
Work was completed on time and was to a industry standard, the staff at the front counter are friendly and always accomodating with any request you may have, they project a professional image and the services they offer are comprehesive.
Was after a quote for minor damage to my vehicle. They were very hesitant to supply one for me, and then after assessing my vehicle never followed through with the quote
Had to get them to assess and repair slight damage to our car. The place was well set up with a customer service reception, lounge and waiting area with tv and water for your convenience.The assessor was very efficient and prompt booking was arranged.
