We have just had a brand new heating (Brivis) and cooling (Actron) system installed by Australian Climate systems and are very happy with the result. Dan came to see us to determine our needs, and talk us through the process and he was informative, patient and very professional. He spent a great deal of time ensuring that we understood our options and were happy with what he suggested. The quote was competitive (we had 2 other quotes) and it was an easy decision for us to go ahead as we felt far more confident with this company than the others we had out to quote for us.
It was a big job and the installers and electrician were polite, skilled and worked quickly to get the job done on a very challenging rainy day. They removed all the old systems and rubbish and left our house clean and tidy. When we ran into a problem with zoning this was resolved the following week, with minimal fuss, and they happily returned again a couple of weeks later when we wanted some adjustments made to the air flow and fan speed.
The office always kept in touch to ensure that we were happy, and Kylie was lovely to deal with.
I would definitely recommend using this company. They take their reviews seriously and work hard to keep their 5 star rating.

I booked this company based upon their reviews, sadly they do not live up to any of the reviews I've read.

Most unprofessional company I have dealt with. Booked them, said they would call, heard nothing that week and I called them. They apologized, promised I would be called and work would be done, no one called. I called them yet again, apologetic and promised to attend (this time for certain according to the MD). Surprise, I called them again, they can't make it and have to book another day.

Needless to say I didn't proceed. How businesses like this stay in operation is beyond me. Steer clear unless you like your time wasted.

I have just had installed a Brivis ducted heating system and was very pleased with the sales and service received. I would recommend Australian Climate Systems.

After going through the process of getting a number of quotes I felt like I was only getting half the story from most of the suppliers. I contacted ACS since they appeared to be installers of the final 2 brands I had narrowed my search down to. My hope was that they would be objective about the benefits and drawbacks of both units. Dan was very knowledgeable and gave me simple facts which helped me finalise my decision and then proceeded to beat the next best quote by a long way.

The installation was excellent, despite some weather set-backs the guys got the job done and worked really hard to ensure that it was done well and neatly.

Kylie in the office has been incredibly efficient and pleasant in all our dealings. SO all-in-all this was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We obtained 4 quotations for the replacement of our ducted aircon and heating system, and Dan was by far the most knowledgeable salesman, with sharp pricing to match. The company did everything it could to accommodate my required timings, and the installation went smoothly, thanks to Nathan. Kylie at the front desk was super helpful with all the paperwork and explaining the rebates we could claim. I am so pleased we went with this company and recommend them highly.

Always try to support local businesses so after getting several quotes the level of customer service from everyone at Australian Climate Systems was amazing. Daniel the sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Justin the installer was extremely courteous, clean and took the time to go through everything with me afterwards and the staff at the office were prompt, helpful and pleasant to deal with. From the first contact with sales rep Dan, I was most impressed with their knowledge of the industry and how they could help me in my situation. They were the 4th quote and what impressed me was the fact that the ducting option the others had proposed was in fact impossible to do without removing lots of timber in the roof. Their quote was reasonable to install 2 Daikin inverters in the lounge and bedroom. The installer was Steve and was an outstanding worker with great communication skills too. I cannot recommend them highly enough
