Apart from thinking we would not need a temporary bathroom in the quote (after talking about it) and having 2 infants; screwing up the fixtures and fittings to such an extent that the bathroom doesn't work as we originally intended; taking 3 months to complete the job; failing to complete the vent to the waste soil pipe; failing to seal the disused drain; failing to identify the extra work to straighten up the walls which was then stated as obvious when justifying the extra cost; leaving a mess of the seal to the bathroom which I have had to rectify; leaving an outside galv box exposed in our main back room where the kids play; telling me i don't need electrical work to be done which requires safety features in existing installations (I am an electrical engineer and know the codes like the back of my hand) then having to read the basic electrical standards to them; damaging the bath then claiming we had damaged it by taking the cover off which is what revealed the crack having asked if it was okay to (bear in mind the bath had bits of brick in it at the time) and generally failing to turn up when they suggested they would they were awesome! PS the floor doesn't drain properly and the grate has rusted that they installed. but can highly recommend anyone else surely they could not be worse?
