I wish the previous owners had stayed. Kev and his staff were terrific but the new owners have no concept of decent customer service. The owner is particularly rude and her husband has difficulty understanding simple postal procedures. I avoid going there and suggest you do the same.
Always very service minded, know many customers by name. Very seldom long ques as they all chip in, always smiling, always a friendly word to everyone and never appeared to be stressed by their workload. This is a family business with a few employees.
