My first visit after waiting in line for 5 minutes I was told I needed to make an apt by a very unfriendly woman. Made the apt and came back a few days later. Waited again, got the same unfriendly woman. "go over there".I noticed she could smile when she served a man though! Long story short I had to make another apt but had to go to Hurstville or Engadine. What ever happened to customer service
