Agree with Barbie Doll there is always always a long queue no matter what time of day you go in there, never enough staff behind the counter and when you do finally get served they are very helpful and friendly and will help you in whatever way you need them to help you.
There is always a long queue, for service here, there is never enough staff on the counter. When eventually get to be served, they are helpful and friendly.
To small for the area, only have 2 or 3 people serving. You have to wait in long queues at certain times of the week, Pension day, Christmas Fridays.
Quite possibly the worst customer service in Glenroy and have never been here and not had to line up for extended periods of time. Staff just have no sense of urgency about them and I avoid this post office where possible
