It is the second time I used Aussie Vac to fix my ageing ducted vacuum unit. And once again their technician Ben provided an excellent, very competent and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone for service and repairs to their ducted vacuum system.

I have dealt with these people on and off over 13 years and I can't fault them. The product ie Ducted Vacuum is fantastic and the staff are so easy to deal with. I love my ducted vac so much I just purchased another whole system for a holiday house we are building. I really could not miss the opportunity of having it installed. I knew I would regret it if I had to revert back to a mobile vacuum cleaner. The suction is fantastic, the Turbo head is the best on carpet. There is no aspect I am unhappy about. Always prompt service and they send orders very quickly. I'm a happy customer.

My Grandparents had a issue with their ducted vacuum system and i emailed Aussie Vac and they rang me back with some scenarios on how to fix it and also sent me an email to follow. I followed the instructions but to no avail so i rang the technician Ben Scott who Judy had referred me to for our area and he walked me through fixing the issue over the phone. Fantastic service and great help which saved us a call out fee and im very grateful.
