this is the 3rd time we have dealt with this company and every time we have been extremely happy with all aspects of the job. They are fast, efficient, friendly and professional. We wouldn't bother trying another company because we doubt they could match Aussie.

Aussie Outdoor was our third quote - and we thought we'd be doing the blinds ourselves because the previous two companies were very expensive, things were going to take a long time to come from other parts of Australia and there were some very weird sales pitches going on. But Aussie Outdoor were super easy to deal with, the quote was very reasonable, measuring up happened on the spot and the excellent blinds were installed only two weeks later! Very happy with quality, service and value and very happy to recommend them.

From the 1st call to get someone to quote to the final installation of shade blinds we were very impressed with the friendly and helpful service of the job which was not straight forward and required an additional beam and a larger then normal size. Nothing was too hard for them and we are extra pleased with the result. A great big thanks to all your staff.

Our Experience of Aussie Outdoor was excellent from start to finish. Ruth, Brad and Tony were very helpful, knowledgable and professional all the way through from choosing, measuring, making and fitting our blinds. They were very punctual, easy to deal with and provided excellent service. We would strongly recommend them as a company that provide an excellent product, quality service and have fantastic customer relation skills.

My experience from start to finish has been very positive from turning up on time for the quote, the check measure to the final fitting. The staff are very polite and easy to deal with. Whilst we were very happy with the overall finish there were a couple of very minor things that needed attention. They returned within 48 hours, no questions asked and finished off the job to our complete satisfaction. I would strongly recommend this company both on value, quality and good customer experience

I had a few troubles getting the staff to call me back, but once they did return my calls, it was on the go. They promptly came out and measured up for the blinds and kept me informed all the way through the process, up until when they came and installed them. The staff are friendly and helpful as well which makes it a good experience all round. The blinds are great quality and look lovely.
