AUSPRO Removal

I am in the Defence Force and have moved 8 times during my career and have never come across such an unprofessional business as Auspro Removal. I could almost call them scammers.
Do not use this company it is not worth the stress. They provide a cheap quote and then add on extra costs during the move and hold your belongings for ransom if you do not pay.
My move was a personnel move (not through Defence). The move was quite simple only about 6 pieces of furniture in total. I got a quote for $680 and proceeded with the move.
When the 2 removalists arrived they said to me they did not know about the piano as they normally have 3 people to move a piano, I ended up helping move the piano. So far the move was good. The 2 removalists packed everything well and all was good. Got told they would deliver the next day.
That night I got an email saying that I had to pay an extra $350 for the piano or my stuff would not be delivered. A lot of emails went back-and-forth but they refused to be reasonable and just kept saying I had to pay $350 or my stuff would not get delivered. One question that they would not answer was “should there have been 3 removalists today for the piano?” I asked this question about 5 times and they just ignored it.
In my eyes someone at Auspro had made a mistake and forgot to add on an extra $350 to the quote. Also by the removalists not knowing about the piano was further proof that someone had made a mistake.
The next day I lodged a complaint to Fair Trading. Got an email saying it can take up to 10 days to get a response, so I ended up just paying the extra $350 so we could get out stuff. Paid at 930am, that night got a knock on the door at 930pm, yep it is the removalists. Couldn’t believe it.
They could not move our piano into our house because of steep driveway (I told them several times that I have a steep driveway). Got told they did not bring the correct equipment. The piano got left at the end of our driveway and I had to pay for a more professional company to finish off Auspro’s job. This couldn't be completed until 4 days later.
My lesson – You get what you pay for. Wish I had checked reviews for this company as it looks like this is common practice.

Had a great stress free professional move this Friday 3rd april 18 The guys were friendly and very helpful and as promised only charged me for a door to door service and there originally quote for the job was spot I will definitely be using them again

AUSPRO REMOVAL & AUSSIE MOVING are all the same company. I got call from the same people from three different companies. They are a scam.

Worst removalist I've ever experienced.. Boxes have been lost, New washing machine dented, New 60' tv in it's original box has arrived busted.. They were happy to demand payment but not to fix the damage they have done... So $9000 out of pocket due to their negligence.. Will be talking to fair trading..

Our family moved across town to move into a bigger house. The issue was we were moving from a small flat that had five flights of stairs and no lift. Auspo had helped us
The day of the move was emotional for me, but team helped us get everything finalised and down ALL those stairs. I cannot express how wonderful it was to have such a professional team help us. We arrived at our new house and everything was set up in just over an hour.
I want to mention the office ladies were very quick with their emails and the movers on the day explained everything clearly and politely - especially to a tenant who was a little teary with all the stresses from moving.
As mentioned, we usually use Auspro for our moves and will continue to use this company for a long time to come! So very happy with the level of service and now recommend them over and over again to all our friends and family!

I had to book the lift in my building so was stressing about the movers coming late, however AUspro movers arrived right on time. They were quick and efficient, and took great care in covering our furniture to ensure nothing was damaged.. Their prices are extremely reasonable, would definitely recommend.

I can't recommend AUSPRO highly enough. My move (2 sofas and 2 armchairs) was not too small for them. It was the cheapest quote by far. informed and updated. The furniture when it arrived was incredibly well protected and the lovely boys wrapped my old sofas and chairs in blanketsand moved them to the shed for us at no extra cost! The most outstanding service my husband and I have ever experienced, period!

We used the services of Auspro removal & Storage to shift us from Templestowe to Mooroolbark.
The guys were exceptionally mindful and careful with both our furniture and walls and we could not fault their endeavours or hard work in making our move as smooth and trouble/stress free as possible.
Weeks later we again used Auspro Removal to store some of our goods for 6 months duration.
They arrived exactly when they said they would, were most courteous and friendly and once again treated all our goods with the greatest respect.
If our goods are returned in the same manner we will have no complaints whatsoever only 100% praise.

The two guys who moved us fromMainly to Toowoomba were extremely hard working, polite and always willing to assist us with any problem or issue we had.

AUSPRO Removals moved me from my apartment in Sydney on 22/2/17, and I am very pleased with the efficient way everything was carried out. I have done many reviews on many different companies, and this is my first with removalists. As I am not known for overlooking even the slightest faults, this is a very unique review for me to submit. Having AUSPRO, two helpful, friendly obliging men, arrive with a smile and a ready and willing attitude, was the most pleasant part of the move. They made everything so easy. Two of the most down to earth men I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. They couldn't be more perfect for this job. The move was from Sydney to Central Coast . The load wasn't big, but it was messy. They arrived and left as planned. The company was lovely to deal with. I couldn't fault this service. I had looked into many others, and I am so glad we went with this company. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone who is looking for a stress free, no drama move. Well Done Guys! I was quoted $ 2200 to move a 3 bedroom house contents interstate.They quoted for 30 cubic meters. After being told I could move any day at anytime, I was contacted to ask if I could move three days earlier and I would be given an extra 5 cubic meters as compensation. So we arranged for Wednesday at 10.

They arrived and immediately I was told that I had 45 cubic meters and that it would $ 7500. When they were told that certain pieces of furniture were not going, I was told that it would be around 38 cubic meters which would cost the same as the original quote. ( A subsequent company put it all in for 28.8 cubic meters). Then they told me that they could not deliver to my residence and they would pay for storage, but I would have to arrange my own transport to destination. At this, I told them to leave and to refund me. They refunded me, but charged me $ 110 for "the drivers time". I was told that I was lucky to get most of my money back, but I would recommend anyone to stay as far away as they can.

We used them at short notice to move furniture from 2 places to our new home. Our cousine recommended them to us. The two guys arrived on time, were very pleasant friendly and helpful. They took great care not to damage walls or furniture. Just the kind of people you need during a move, which is very stressful in itself. Very impressed. I would book them again.
