Delivering large-scale projects that become landmarks in the community - from prestige homes to major industrial facilities like the $25.61M Area 51 Bundamba warehouse. Seeing a project go from concept to completion is what drives our team.
What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?
Payment terms are established within each project contract in accordance with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) requirements and the Building Industry Fairness Act. No Afterpay or consumer payment plans - this is commercial construction.

What insurance do you hold, and what value are you covered for?
Aurum Group holds all required insurance in accordance with QBCC licensing requirements, including public liability and contract works insurance. Specific coverage details are provided during the tender and contract process.
How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?
Timelines depend on project scope. A standard warehouse typically takes 612 months from design approval to handover. We use Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) to reduce delays and keep projects on programme.
Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?
Our Area 51 Bundamba project, a $25.61M, 22,045m² industrial warehouse facility completed December 2025 - is one of the largest warehouse builds delivered in South East Queensland. It's a strong example of what Aurum Group can deliver at scale, on time and to specification.
