Bill was very prompt with his response, very pleasant to deal with and let me know that he was running just 5 mins late. When he arrived he was pleasant and took time to explain to me what he was doing and what was wrong with my air con unit. I took his card at the end of the service and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
