I can't say I would recommend this business. I found that when I left the property I was renting, which was managed through Aston Hall, the charges they tacked on after the final inspection were unfair, and so I ended up getting less than half my bond back.
I am often told by land agents that the house is 'cleaner than when I arrived', and I've never had any issues getting my bond back.
But Aston Hall estates charged me for so many things that I felt very uncomfortable. Amongst these, one charge was that the gardener I paid had left behind the grass clippings, instead of removing them. Aston Hall Estates charged me to have the whole grass re-done, even though all that needed to be done was have the clippings put in the bin.
I had forgotten to clean the fan in the kitchen, and this was charged as a whole hour of cleaning. I even had to argue about whether two tiny little marks on the wall that were left behind the television - the size of pieces of lint - were wear and tear, or were worth another hour of cleaning.
The most awful thing was that I was told that I would have to use the carpet cleaning service that Aston Hall Estates recommended. I balked at this, and refused flat out. It was more expensive than the others, and I have a favourite service that I know can do the job both cheaply and well.
If you are a prospective tenant, I suggest you read up on your rights and advocate for yourself well.
