Poor follow up. I was not updated with results of my reports which required treatment. When I booked appointment via telephone the doctor failed to call and when I contacted the medical centre after 40 mins of the appointment, I was told doc will call again. Which never happened. Very disappointed with Dr Gayani and centre’s client approach.
Very professional and caring doctors, nurses and reception staff.
