Great service prompt and explained every thing in easy to understand language didn't keep me waiting for my computer

Set up of a new computer and transfer of data. Meanwhile fixing up another machine that someone else had made huge mistakes on. Arrived on time and did not mess around while doing his work. Would recommend to others.

Procurement of new business computer along with complete data capture and software transfer as well as installation and build according to identified requirements. As always, this business is absolutely thorough and professional in ensuring that the customer not only gets what they need but also what they need. The business motto of keeping your computer 'connected and protected' translates into every aspect of the process. Although this has meant a little more outlay at the beginning, I have found based on experience over many years, that it actually saves money in the long run, and leads to far less frustration and negligible loss of productivity. I can't recommend the services of this business highly enough.
I have just finished supplying this small business customer with a beautiful Business Grade HP All In One PC Elite One 800 together with a continuous Back Up system using Storage Craft Shadow Protect.
The PC is running Windows 8.1 so I installed StarDock menu system to make it easy to use.

I am a relatively new customer of Hyam's business. Hayam diagnosed my problems with my old computer. He installed a Windows 7 program quickly and efficiently, which solved my problems. Recently I had to call Hyam when an electrical fault caused havoc with my server. Hyam went out of his way to correct the problem quickly for which I am most grateful.
Hyam values his customers and provides prompt and efficient service. He has my recommendation.

Having computer checked and being shown the reasons we were having problems eg age of computer etc and then after lots of helpful discussion being told availability and prices of new ones and we agreed to doing this. Service etc by Chaim overall was Excellent in all ways and helpful to one who doesn't know a lot about computers

Chiam has been providing our home computing needs for some years for maintenance etc and has just installed a new hardware and software system for us. He is fast, efficient and polite and is available both on site and on line to assist - as we had to transfer all our old data to our new system.

I am an IT Manager located in Melbourne but we have an office in Toowoomba, our IT services were outsourced to a large external company for a number of years and over that time things were not well run and in some instances dangerous. I contacted Aspire to rebuild our whole rack in Toowoomba, it was a OH&S and Fire Risk. The staff can't believe the speed of the internet and server now. I will not be using anybody else but Aspire and highly recommend them, they are nothing but true professionals, with a great depth of experience and will recommend solutions based on your needs and costs

I had a new computer built running on Windows 7, but found some of my programmes weren't compatible, so Hyam suggested I could also have Windows xp on the new computer.He installed Windows xp and now I can use my other programmes as well as all the benefits of Windows 7.Hyam was very knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. I have no problems in recommending Hyam.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Chaim may not be the cheapest but he knows what he's doing and problems never represent. Have been with him for 5 years now and there is no one I know with the thoroughness and completeness that Chaim offers.

I had lots of little things that needed to be done so contacted Chaim. Chaim was always prompt in returning my calls and arriving on time to appointments. Chaim has an excellent knowledge of computers and and cleaned my files so that they were in better order as well as installing backup software.
Chaim has been servicing and updating security annually on my home setup for some years now. He is prompt, efficient, and reliable, and always give good advice and helps to solve problems. He is also prompt and resourceful responding to problems if they arise unexpectedly between services. .
We were very very happy with Chiam's service and very fair price after our old computer broke down. He transferred all the data from the old hardrive and added a lot of other features to our new computer and followed up with phone calls to check that we were happy with his work which we were. He is an expert and we will continue to deal with him for any future technical help.
My computer and my husbands laptop needed major repairs done so i gave Hyam a call and within 15 minutes he was at my office. He repaired what was needed within a day and nothing was a problem it was all very stress free. 'Good on you Hyam,' I would highly recommend his business to anyone having a computer issue.

I "crashed" my computer and needed it fixed immediately and quite by chance, I looked in the yellow pages and found Hyam. He commenced my work on a Sunday afternoon and diagnosed the problem and put other jobs aside to repair my computer. The quality of his work is excellent and I happily recommend Hyam to others requiring any computer repairs done.
I recently ran into some serious problems with my PC which was overdue for a makeover. After speaking to a business friend I rang Aspire and asked them to come to see me so that I could asses the damage and consider what options were available to me (one of the problems I had was a failed system drive containing very important information).
Chaim arrived and had a look - his diagnosis software confirmed the problem as well as picking up issues with my old power supply. My main concern was could my data be recovered and then to get the machine back up and running and how soon could that be done - the next day I was given a good run down on the state of the machine and a detail on what was recommended to bring it up to scratch - I also asked about upgrading RAM as my old machine had been struggling to keep with my work load, as well there were a few problems that I was aware of that needed attention, fortunately they picked up on those things and after a talk we worked out what was going to be the best solution for my case and Chaim set to work on the hardware to bring it up to date and into good running order - the thing I liked was the fact that I received several calls to let me know how things were progressing - in the meantime more than a TB of my data was being retrieved and was in the process of being transferred onto a new larger drive along with an OS upgrade. Wheh the machine came back it was a surprise to see that a number of my programs had also been retrieved and were operating so there was no need to do all of those re-installs - I now have a computer that is working exceptionally well with a number of recommended programs running to keep it in good health, backups are in place and operating smoothly and I am now confident that I can go on with those things I do with confidence.
Overall I received good attention to my problems as well as excellent advice and recommendations as to how to avoid future situations due to the adverse environment that I work in. All-in all I received what I consider to be above average service, recommendations and results in a very efficient time-frame so that I was able to progress from a serious disaster to be back up and running more efficiently than previously. I felt I made the right choices and came out of a real disaster with a much better outcome than I had anticipated. It was a good feeling to deal with someone who was very knowledgeable and who understood my needs and worked to achieve a more productive and more efficient system.
I have no hesitation in recommending Aspire as my experience with them has been one of taking me from a real disaster to much improved circumstance in a very short space of time - excellent all round.
Just had the most amazing hour with Chiam via a tool called TeamViewer where we were able to talk via the phone and watched him do a number of settings, install some new software and download some new drivers - it was great to watch and was really helpful for learning this newer operating system - great if you want to watch your tech at work
We requested help with one problem and ended up with several problems solved. Prompt, knowledgeable. Great work!

Have been dealing with Hyam for a few years now and have found him to be very professional,knowledgeable and prompt.
I had a new computer setup and configured after my old computer developed some problems. Hyam came to my home set it all up and explained the features of the new system for me and even installed my other operating system on my new computer so I could still use some programs I was used to. So I now have the best of both worlds with Windows 7 and Windows XP on one computer which I had no idea could be done. Hyam did an extremely wonderful job.
General clean up of computer with updates of relevant programs and deletion of "useless" temporary files etc

Hyam arrived on time and was able to give us a few options regarding our hard drive. He offered to take it away and we agreed on a fixed price. He fixed our hard drive added more memory and programs to our ageing computer, and had it up and running the very next day. Thankyou very much you've bought us some more time.
