I got my parcel and they sent me all wong items so I sent the parcel back with everything. I got a refund of half of the money i paid????? isn't that crazy?? they said I have sued a code promo this is why I did not get the full amont I tired to explain to them but dont yo see I did not keep any time? I WILL NEVER EVER BUY THINGS WITH THEM. dont buy there they are thieves
Poor quality clothing, I believe the branded clothes are knock off's. Tried to cancel my order 8am next morn after making the order at 10pm night before after reading bad reviews. Was told by customer rep it was to late LOL. 3 days later my order was put on the truck from the warehouse where it was to late for me to cancel order.
Now ive recieved it 30 min ago and have put in a return. The adidas Sportsware Essential 3 stripe trackues in black are labelled as size 30-32 but are actually sz 26- 27... & I don't think their authentic as the material is way to thin.
The ASOS DESIGN button detail trapeze tiered double cloth maxi sundress in green has no size on the tag but i ordered sz 14, what has arrived is a demis rousis tent in size 18 with no double cloth ( not sure what they even meant by double cloth but there's nothing else under the dress and the material is thin and see through)and the stitching in the seams must have been sewn wrong & they've unpicked it but not pulled out all the cotton plus gaps in seam. Not happy.
I'm keeping the sunglasses.

Asos is great when you can find a deal and the clothes fit you! Free shipping is a bonus. Definitely one of the better online stores to shop at
ASOS is very hit and miss. The best way to shop with them is to buy premier, which is an ASOS service where you get free express postage and free returns. That way, you can return all the things that won't fit, won't suit, or won't measure up to good standards of quality.
However, amongst all these silly things, there are amazing, beautiful bargains! Four or five of my favourite dresses are from ASOS, and half my shoes. But I've had to wade through packages of wrongly sent sizes, of things that looked totally different than they did onsite, and which fell apart on delivery.
So: in closing, totally worth it, but only if you are prepared to send back half of what you buy... and then you will be so glad of all the lovely things in your wardrobe!
Sounds somewhat frustrating
Hi happyshopping! ;-) Yeah, it is frustrating. However, on Monday, I received a beautiful Vila marle dress, which cost $35, a pair of fantastic jeans that cost $60, and a necklace that cost $18, and each of them was fantastic. In the store, these things would have cost double. So although it's frustrating, I try to use asos to save money, and it works. :-) Also, premier is only $40 a year, and then you can return things for free. Otherwise, returns cost around $7 per package, and that would get exasperating.

Everything is amazing and so convienient! You get your clothes so quickly and the returns dept is super simple! I now buy in a few sizes because I know its no problem to return the things that dont fit...
I've shopped several times on ASOS and they barely disappoint. The partial disappointment comes on my part due to the fact that I'm an impulsive buyer and generally am irrational with sizing. But its hard not to be impulsive with a great range of clothes and marketed styles at a fraction of the price you find in physical shopfronts. Other then that ASOS is a fantastic online website and the online market which offers unique, solo competitors - great idea! It's essentially an online shopfront for individuals advocating their brand and marketing a dream. Merely takes a subscription and with a minimum of 15 styles for each boutique you're sure to find something unique!

I really love! most of the products being sold at the business however one of the problems I face is that the business is quite too expensive for me. and also since they don't have a physical store it is hard too purchase from the business even when you are interested. therefore I think it essential to have a physical store and not just an online one because not everyone likes online stores. despite that really happy with the products sold. :)

I love going shopping in asos! do a small order at first just incase the sizing is wrong, now I understand what size I am I order nearly all my clothing on asos, the quality of the clothing is fantastic and it's so cheap if you look at the specials

ASOS is one of my favourite one stop online shops for both me and my partner! I never fail to find a great outfit, whether it be casual or dressy including shoes, bags, bathers and sunnies, they just have everything. They also have the choice of cheaper clothes of the designer brands, love love love asos, definitely give it a go if you havent already ladies and gents :)

I like shopping at this shop, but the prices can be a bit steep. If you look when they have sale you can usually find some good items. I don't really shop here regularly because of this but if I could I would. I love the clothes they are always such good quality.
ASOS is definitely a one stop fashion shop which caters for men and women. They always have great labels on offer, great quality and a refund policy, I've never had to return anything . They regularly have sales online. If clothes aren't your thing they also sell jewellery, shoes, lingerie and beauty items. Something for everyone, have purchased a few tops and a skirt , never had any problems with quality or sizing.
Highly recommended to everyone! Great online shopping!

I absolutely love ASOS! Has terriffic sales which are great on a student budget. I also love that it has larger sizes available and those clothes are just as amazing as the others :)

I love the ease of online shopping and ASOS is an excellent site for exactly this! It is very user-friendly and has good quality pieces at a reasonable cost. There is something for everyone and every occasion! I have bought a number of things from ASOS and would have no hesitation in continuing. Their postage is quite fast and they offer a refund policy. What's not to love!
I'm waiting for them to do free returns, because at the moment returning an item still requires postage costs.
My favorite place for online shopping. They offer refund and the delivery is very quick too. I love it because they do discount and sometime i can get extra code for extra discount. They quality dependson the brand that you choose. Overall who has nt bought from asos ? I guess all people must have try it :)

quality really depends on what you buy. if your buying brand names items then you should be fine. huge range of clothing accessories and random items to suit nearly all tastes and style
Just watch out for asos branded quality. If its really cheap, it's most likely not fantastic quality.
What - only 14 reviews so far?!?! I can't believe more people haven't been raving about ASOS.
I started buying clothes from ASOS about 18 months ago and have been buying from them once in a few months ever since.
These guys just get online shopping so right: easy website navigation, fairly accurate product description, clothes that are pretty up-to-date with recent trends, fast delivery and pretty efficient returns / exchange in the event that the product doesn't turn out to be what you thought it was. Oh and did I mention FREE delivery to Australia? I don't think they have a minimum purchase for free delivery.
Recently I read a book about how a lot of products these days are made by (or at least the raw materials of the products are produced by) businesses with unethical practices (for example, they use slave labour who don't get paid at all and are abused often). It's great that ASOS has a Green Room selling items from businesses that try to be more sustainable than others. It's not perfect / ideal yet, but generally the Green Room is going in the right direction. At the moment however the stock is very limited and doesn't get regularly updated, so hopefully this Green Room will grow bigger and more popular over time.

Online shopping at its best. I've never had difficulty finding the style or size I'm after when shopping with Asos.
I find it hard to go past Asos when it comes to their cost of their clothes as well. Everything is just so affordable.
But above this, the one reason I'll keep going back is the incredibly quick free shipping. Being provided with a tracking number is great too.

Most of my wardrobe is from Asos. It's convenient that you can purchase whenever wherever, delivery usually takes about a week, high quality products, and even when you get the wrong size you only need to return it to an Australian address so postage is cheaper. They always have the latest styles and best brands at great prices. And look out for the sales!

Great sales, coupon codes usually work fine ($10/ 20% off) and they also offer 10% off all items to students via Unidays. Love the packaging and efficient service. Email received as soon as items get shipped. Returns locally - you only pay for postage which is great.

Asos is my favourite online shopping store!! The prices are low for the quality of the clothing and the free postage usually always comes within a week. Its bookmarked and 70% of my pay goes there

The prices at ASOS are great, especially for maternity wear however I wish I had the same experience with shipping! Mine took longer than they said but at least it got here in the end
ASOS is by far my favourite online clothing store. Prices are reasonable and are always on sale. Shipping takes just under a week and the array of brands makes it an excellent shopping experience. If you are a student, join Unidays for 10% off on nonsale items year round.
A huge variety of brands to choose from, pretty good prices and a reliable delivery service. The only down side is the occasional bad experience with customer service, but generally I've had wonderful experiences. Local retailers better watch out because ASOS is a huge force to be reckoned with.
Not a bad online shopping destination with free shipping. I find that their 'fast shipping' can vary, but usually they don't disappoint. Ordered a pair of shoes that were an absolute bargain and wasn't disappointed; if you subscribe to their newsletter they regularly send out discount codes for certain sales!
Asos has great clothes and accessories, something for everyone! Although the quality could be better on some items, the value for money is unbeatable! With free shipping and easy returns (made to Chullora in NSW) the site is great! Also- they often have great discount codes available is you become a site member or in magazines.

Amazing range of high quality clothes which have a taste for every man and woman. The shipping is free and the quality is always good or better than average! Highly recommended.
This is an amazing online store with a wide variety of men's and women's clothing, shoes, accessories and gifts/beauty items. Everything is very affordable and they are always having a sale. There is free shipping to AUS and the items arrive within a week, which is very fast compared to other overseas online shopping stores. Great service.
