Went in looking for headphones and speaker for my computer and was approached by a friendly guy straight away - he showed me the range they had on offer and suggested about three that he thought would suit my needs. Best part was they ranged in price so he didn't just offer the most expensive. Excellent customer service - blew me away

Ive had a problem ever since my house was struck by lightning and put out my phone line including my computer but these guys are always ready to listen and when taking the computer in (its out of warranty) they always fix it good on you especially Stephen
