Customer service was friendly and responsive to my needs even when I change the order a bit.
I tried to find someone that would do the custom work and at a resonable price this was the only company that would.
The other thing I liked is the installers are fully licensed which gives me peace of mind. I know my pool fence meets Australian standards and I can't get into trouble.
