One guy is rather terse but he knows his stuff and will help.
I have bought many computer parts and one computer built by them over many years including 3 returns under warranty to manufacturers that Arc has handled for me.

If you have knowledge of computers or not these guys are pretty helpful and can help you.
When I don't know what I am after I just have a chat with the staff here and they are great at helping you pick the right option. I ended up getting my last computer entirely from this store at a good price and with great advice

I always take my computer down when it needs repairs or new memory or when my rabbit chewed through the cord and i needed a new one. They charge by the time you need them so if it is a simple problem its great value. they also sell new reliable computers which i bought for my mother and has worked great for a year now with no problems.

I tried many other businesses for computer parts and advice in the past and none of them rate, ARC are friendly, reliable and use high quality parts. As I build my own computers and sometimes need support, they are always happy to oblige and I learn something new every time I go there. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

It's usually quick and easy to receive your goods, however the social nature of the staff aren't as good as they could be. Some years ago the service was very dodgy but has improved a lot since then. Products are of above-average value but not the best. The website is great and useful.
