Will not use any other Electrician always helpful even in my dizziest moments fair too hubby works fifo and I have had a couple of emergencies APW Electrical have really come through for me thanks guys for your help today so sad that people never want to acknowledge great service but are so quick to complain I for one have never had any reason to complain they were recommended to me by two separate friends who had nothing but praise so my expectations were very high did not disappoint
Very rude and unprofessional. Came out to have a look at the job and said will provide a quote but didn't hear anything for a week. When I followed up I was told that they won't quote and didn't even provide a reason. When I asked why didn't they tell us this a week ago they hung up the phone. I myself work in a customer service job and this was the most unprofessional service I have ever received definitely advise not to use this business for any of your electrical requirements many other helpful and reliable businesses in the area.
They are very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They did not pressure when we made an enquiry about Solar and were honest about all costs involved. Even better, they did the work and didn't leave a mess for us to clean up!
Dreadful service staff seemed bored. Asked what I need done... then told me look elsewhere. Said I wasn't in a hurry and they basically told me they didn't want the work. fine by me.
