Hi, Brad come on time, diagnosed the problem in less than a minute and had new part in within minutes. He ensured that the LG washing machine was running in perfect condition, and gave me the time for any questions I had, plus showed me the cause of the problem which was a burnt out pump. Price was right for his time and the part and would diff refer this business to others.

Brad was great. Contacted me early via email and we arranged a time, arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner, was courteous and personable, and all came under a reasonable price tag :) Would definitely recommend :)

I rang and spoke to Ken just after 8a.m. and explained my problem; Brad the Technician arrived at 9.30 and diagnosed the issue with my fridge, all fixed and sorted promptly for a very reasonable price. Excellent experience! Ken diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher over the phone and quoted upfront for repair or replacement of the part. Brad came out same day and repaired it quickly. Both are polite helpful guys and the cost was very reasonable.

I couldn't believe how quick the technician arrived after my initial call. On arrival the technician was amazing! He explained what was wrong and how to fix it.
