Unfortunately I was not happy with this service. The tradesman turned up 2 hours late, after much fluffing around for 10 mins told me the cost to fix my washing machine would be $450, this machine is over 10 years old and is used almost every day. He tried to convience me it would be worth spending this amount of money to fix it. I decided I was better off buying a new one and then I had to pay for a call out fee that was $120 for 10 mins of this tradesmans time. When the booking was made no call out fee was mentioned, I should have gone with the other company as they only charge a fee if they work on your machine. I am now looking at buying a new machine for the same cost as it would have been to repair my old one.
