The apple macbook i purchased worked perfectly fine for a few weeks. but then started having weird problems like sound cards failing if i was skyping and listening to music. and usb slots stopped working altogether... The usb problem was fixed fairly easily with a shutdown and button clicks to reset stuff. But those errors should not happen with a product this expensive!
Itunes is cool you can get just about anything and at good prices. I love everything apple always. its easy to use and easy to understand, good games for the kids too

Apple does ITunes which you can get at most grocery stores
You can download songs TV shows movies etc. for a few dollars
But be careful as some can take a long time and use a lot of data so if you are not on unlimited a 53 minute 1 episode show for e.g. can be about 1.5 -2 GB of your data and some times there are problems and you may have to refresh or redo so it may use more
so The cost may say around $3.50 but you are going to be using data as well which could cost about another $20 -25 if not on unlimited
You can download whole shows
Good if you have missed out on your favourite series and you can't get to the shops or can't be bothered
You can get a song for under $2 good because sometimes you don't want the whole album just one or two tracks
You can save and see them on ITunes clearly what you have downloaded
You get emailed when you have purchased something with a receipt of what you downloaded
But you can always check your own account history it shows up pretty much straight away
i keep buying chargers every year - they can't seem to make them of high quality and everytime having to fork out $89! too epxensive. apple your suppose to be the best!

apple is a great brand, and the whole process is always easy enough. prices can be steep compared to other leading brands, but the products are always of top quality.

just broke my iphone - cracked the screen into a million pieces. apple not only fixed it but didnt charge me the $130 fee. Was told by everyone to go to a repairer so it would be cheaper but didnt want to void my warranty. apples customer service is AMAZING
I've had this laptop about a month and I have to say that there is nothing about it that doesn't impress me. As many feel, I basically wonder why I waited so long to make the switch. The learning curve was virtually painless. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

Apple is amazing and I wouldn't use any other brand now. There helpful, quick, reliable and so friendly. The staff are trained to do there job well. The cost might be a bit high but so worth it.
My IPhone is fantastic, so much to use and has eliminated the need to carry around a diary amongst other things. Each time I look up there website i find new stuff to look at, new apps to try out- keeps getting better.

I ordered the iPhone first thing Monday morning and I had it in hand Tuesday evening. What more could I ask for?The website is easy to navigate and if you try to download an app, it automatically opens iTunes for you. Fairly happy with all things Apple.
I find these items to be great, but considering they have been able to cut out the middle man in sales their prices should be cheaper than retailers. But they are sadly the same.

It was my sisters birthday recently and she told me she would like a gift voucher from Apple iTunes as her husband had bought her a new ipod. We ordered our Apple Mac and time capsule from on-line. They kept us up to date on the arrival date and in fact they arrived before hand. While our computer took a little while (custom build) they sent everything else that was ready to go at no additional cost for the shipping.

I bought an Ipod Nano from the Apple website as a Christmas present for my sister. It arrived in less than a week, which is pretty good at a busy time of year. The price of the Ipod was slightly cheaper than most stores and they offer free engraving and free shipping for orders over $100, which mine was. They also have a greater variety of products than on offer in most stores. I ordered the red Ipod which you can only purchase through this website or an Apple store.

If you don't want a computer that is going to break, have virus overloads, stop working for no good reason, drive you up the wall....get a mac! Apple products are fantastic. Nothing more needs to be said. Yes they are a little pricey but the don't die on you. To me, this is an extremely important factor when you consider the maintenance of a computer.
The circuit board inside my mac has overheated and I couldn't work on it for a week. I had to call the apple up to get a warranty/repair, so they told me to bring it in, and it was very fast and efficient. Although I had to end up paying $400, after the 2 years warranty.
