Absolutely terrible
Single Dad on limited income and they agreed ty bulk bill me
On last appoint had scrapped bulk billing, Didnt tell me then called to say I hadnt paid
Now left having to fork out for an appt i cant afford and having to work out where im going to replace my kids food money from.

Always running late. The last time I was there the doctor I was waiting to see was swanning around chatting about her weekend to the receptionist for ten minutes PAST my appointment time.
I've rarely got seen within 30 minutes of my appointment time. If it were an emergency that came in I'd completely understand but this place is just plain tardy.

Very quick to be seen but not very personalised. However I find everyone friendly there and the place is clean with plenty of parking. They can fit you in if you wait.

Needed appointment asap unable to get in with own surgery. Friendly quick and very helpful it was a sit and wait appointment though, nothing was too much trouble for them. Bulk billed too.

I have been here with the kids on weekends when my normal dr is not open, they bulk billed me and i was able to get the script i needed

this is handy on the weekends if you have a sick kid etc. the nurses are very good. just found that sometimes the doctors are not always right and the doctors seem to change abit. also a wait if on weekends.

Fantastic professional staff who maintain privacy and dignity at all times. Easy to obtain appointments. Waiting times satisfactory. Great knowledge from the practitioners.
