I needed a coating put on my metal roof and repairs and resurfacing to old moved concrete areas. I received a quote from Jim and accepted it. Tradesman came out to do the job. None of the jobs were completed to very an industry standard. The cement coating looked like a sloppy first coat had been put down and eventually someone came out to fix it up. The cement was repaired but the finished job was unsightly, uneven. The tradesman who came to do the roof was up for a short time and said he would be back later... but we never saw him again. Later when a storm came another contractor got up to do repairs and said that the roof needed a coating!!!! The tradesman had not put the coating down at all!!!!! Despite a numerous requests for Jim to meet me on site and try to resolve the problem, he will not respond to me. It is poor to take thousands of dollars from someone not even complete part of the job and refuse to even visit to talk over the problems or check whether your tradesman did the job you sent him out to do. The website states that they are committed to problem solving that the company's hallmark is 'quality, professional projects'. DO NOT BELIEVE IT!
