Need pest control in Caboolture South?

Arrived on time and did not rush the job.
After reading such good reviews and trying to keep my business 'local' I arranged for someone to come and provide a quote as I have a rather large job to be done and felt the reviews were enough for me to think that they are a reliable Company.
Failed to show up....when I rang no answer, they rang back and told my hubby 'they forgot' then sent a text saying they were sick....so which one is it??? I was offered a free pest service - nice but I wanted my floors cleaned, lounge suite cleaned and get prices for 2 bathroom resealed.
Very disappointed, I took the afternoon off work for them and this is the response. I will not bother recommending them.
