Damaged car

BOYCOTT this company at all cost. damaged car and took no responsibility. i booked my car in as i new what i wanted done, took car in on the day. they called me that afternoon as the car was done. then i went into the office to pay and they told me what was done i paid the people then i went on my way. i was only 5 mins away from the store and then i saw all this damaged on the car so i turned around and went and saw them and told them what has happened the lady behind the counter had no idea what happened. (you would think if u damaged someone car u would leave a postie note or a tell the person behind the counter) so she came out and looked at the damage and she said ill go get the person who worked on it and then she came back out and guess what no mechanic came out ( you would think if u damaged a car u would come and see us) so then the lady said yeah they broke it and said what do u want us to do about it. (well fix it would be start or give us some money back for damages u would think) and since we wasnt very happy she went back in side to get him and then he finally comes out yeah i did that but ur car was really hard to fix and was saying what he had to do witch what we paid for and says they have issue like this all the time. then they was going on about some quote thing were there was a piece of paper saying that if we work on cars we can break stuff and they arent responsibility for it (but get this we didnt get this letter at all in any phone email or handed to us, we got this after we made the complaint and when the fellow out and when they showed it to us it was some one else quote not even owes) as they wasnt doing anything about it and didnt even offer anything at all. so we went back home and sent them a email (email evidence is best and the paper trail is good to) of what we wanted so we wanted some money back no use getting a replacement as they all ready stuffed the car and didnt want them to look at it again since they didnt report the first issue. gave them a period to make payment witch they didnt come to the party about this is why the complaint is in. i find it so strange that a business can do this and not care or not even tell anyone, then they get reviews like this BOYCOTT this apap's auto
