Normally don't like dealing with banks but for an over the counter transaction it was speedy and efficient. Friendly teller did go out her way to help with the request. Just wish there were a more systematic system for lineing up as people were waiting all over the shop.

I would like to compliment the staff at the ANZ Corio branch for their friendly customer service. I found the staff to be really helpful and personable.
It's very nice to get that sort of customer service these days.
