I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring [Company Name] for a cleaning service, and my encounter with them left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned. It is crucial to share my experience to warn others about the unethical practices that seem to be commonplace within this company.

First and foremost, it became apparent that Annacon engages in highly questionable employment practices. There are reports from workers alleging that they are not paid for their hard work, a clear violation of labor rights. This blatant disregard for the well-being of their employees is a major red flag, indicating a lack of ethical standards within the organization.

Furthermore, it is alarming to discover that AnnaCon recruits its workers from social media platforms like Facebook without any proper vetting or quality checks. This haphazard hiring process raises serious concerns about the reliability and professionalism of the individuals sent to provide cleaning services. As a customer, one expects a certain level of trust and competence when allowing strangers into their home or workspace. Do not hire! they ripped me off, charged for carpet cleaning that was never done, walls were not cleaned, toilet, sinks spiderwebs, shower screen, shower shelves, nothing. My agent said they did nothing but possibly vacuum. They refused to refund me anything. Avoid like the plague, my agent is also sending out an alert to every agent they know to also avoid. Sorry, this may sound harsh but they seriously did next to nothing, even on third recall. Sacked them and hired a genuine cleaner.
