On the advice of staff there, I purchased zovirax cream. I was unsure whether I had a cold sore. I decided to wait a few days and see what happened. In a week it was gone. I returned to the pharmacy today to let them know and to get a refund. But because I purchased the cream almost two weeks ago, they refused a refund. If they're going to refuse refunds, then they should not be advising people. Very disappointed.
