In general the store is ok service is good but location is great the pricing is not the best and the web site is not accurate , cheaper prices can be obtained on line elsewhere and that includes transport so shop around.
Placed an order with them, item appeared to be on back order. Emailed them after a couple of weeks and had a reply next day and order was confirmed next day delivery soon after.

It's a great computer shop with everything you need.
Good service and nice prices. Of course, not as good as MSY for some things, but then you're paying more for the service and not for some Asian dude to sit in a chair and pass you what you ask for.
