We bought a property and the heater was leaking so the previous owner got Blair in to fix it I had a feeling they were mates. Blair did a great job he replaced the pipe behind the heater that ran to the gas main as the pipe that was there had holes so it was easier for him to replace then to try and patch. Thankfully we no longer have the smell of gas now so he fixed the problem. He is a really nice guy and tries to fit in with your plans when he is making booking which is really good. good for maintenance and emergency calls.
